Fixes/Updates
- Fixed an issue where Total Online Time for an agent would sometimes be greater than the time available in the current day.
- Fixed another issue where credits bought through Talk Recharge wouldn't show up in the call History page.
- Made an update so that tickets created for call that were abandoned in the Callback from Queue flow will have the tag "voice_abandoned_in_queue".
- Fixed an issue where Total inbound calls was counting abandoned calls.

Zendesk Chat
New
- System messages in Chat transcript now includes previous email of the visitor when they update their email address.
- Introduced validation on name of the skill (In Beta). Name is limited to 140 characters and can include alphabets, numbers, underscore and hyphen
- Android App: Automatic Chat Translations is now available to all customers. Please install or update to v1.1.1. App update also includes stability fixes and support for new screen sizes for Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ and LG G6
