Fixed

Several fixes to the Rich Text Editor app tooltip. Fixes positioning of the close icon and prevents the screen from locking when the tooltip is open.
That bug where a skull and crossbones appears when you update 5 tickets in a minute.

Fixes/Updates

Fixed an issue where Total Online Time for an agent would sometimes be greater than the time available in the current day.
Fixed another issue where credits bought through Talk Recharge wouldn't show up in the call History page.
Made an update so that tickets created for call that were abandoned in the Callback from Queue flow will have the tag "voice_abandoned_in_queue".

Introduced validation on name of the skill (In Beta). Name is limited to 140 characters and can include alphabets, numbers, underscore and hyphen
